Home Start Grant - From Wells Fargo

The Home Start Grant from Wells Fargo is a $5,000 free grant for certain first time home buyers, and is available to be used towards a down payment!

The Problem?

It comes and goes quickly. We have been working with Wells to help them extend the grant through better management, but it still gets used up quickly, then refunded later.

So here is the good news. It should be funded again in about 30 days! If you are writing contracts right now make the time frame 45 days (at least). Then you MAY be able to apply the grant towards your down.
