From June 17, to June 23, 2009 we will be hosting a series of home buyers seminars. The topics covered will include current state grants and available federal tax credits, must knows about credit, special loan programs, and various economic outlooks relating to the Utah housing market. There will also be special offers and private grants available for attendees. Check in begins at 6:45 PM and the event will start promptly at 7:00. Upon registering you will also receive, for free, our eBook, titled "The Utah Housing Market - a guide for the informed buyer." This book contains extensive information relating to buying a home in today's marketplace and will cover, in detail, the topics which will be discussed at the seminar. The seminar is Free to the public, all we ask is that each attendee bring at least two non-perishable items of food to donate to the Utah Food Bank. Currently the most needed food items are as follows; Peanut Butter,Tuna Fish,Canned Fruit (low sugar), Canned Vegetables, Canned Stews/Chili, Boxed Meals, Macaroni and Cheese/Pasta. A drawing for a fabulous prize will be held at the end of each seminar for anyone donating food items.
